Administrator / Receptionist

Job Introduction

Duties & responsibilities

·        Undertake miscellaneous administrative duties as required by internal departments

·        Carry out administration for HR department, including issuing contracts of employment, verification of data etc.

·        Manage allocation of Occupational Health appointments for the workforce, liaising with HR staff as appropriate

·        Meet and greet visitors, acting as primary contact for visitors, ensuring health and safety requirements are met and internal contacts are notified promptly

·        Efficiently manage switchboard, ensuring that calls are answered promptly and directed to appropriate personnel, dealing with queries where required

·        Manage postal requirements for the business, both incoming and outgoing

·        Manage meeting room bookings internally using Microsoft Outlook

·        Arrange refreshments for meetings where required, ensuring sufficient levels of stock are maintained

·        Booking accommodation and taxis for company visitors and overseas staff with preferred suppliers, including monitoring and approving related invoices

·        Responsible for annual workwear order, including data checking and distribution to staff, ensuring that all requirements are met and levels are maintained as appropriate

·        Manage allocation of lockers for production staff

·        Ad hoc projects, under the direction of your manager
