Marketing and Communication Director

Job Introduction

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Director to lead our global market image and communication strategies. You will develop and oversee the execution of our brand, creative, and communications strategies based on a deep understanding of our corporate goals. Role Responsibility

  • Lead and coordinate the Brand, Communications, Customer Experience, and Employer Brand.
  • Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and design a research-based brand strategy. Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand up to date.
  •  Develop and pilot brand initiatives ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging.
  •  Aid the Sales and Client Services teams to acquire new clients and generate more business from existing ones.
  •  Lead our external communications team to produce high-quality content.
  • Report on the success of brand marketing campaigns.
  • Guide the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams focused on the execution of branding programs, initiatives, and/or strategies.
  • Influence, develop, communicate, and commit to the organization's vision, goals, and strategies, translating them into action plans.
  • Prepare and distribute new product launch materials including technical data, catalog pages, training aids, features and benefits statements, etc. to achieve SAM within 5 years.

The Ideal Candidate

Here’s What We Are Looking For

  •  Proven work experience as a Brand Development and Communications Marketing Director.
  •  Proven experience in the design and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  •  Proven SEO strategies leading to top five ranking of major product categories.
  •  Experience in managing a large high-performance team.
  •  Experience in B2B marketing.
  •  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and Advanced English level.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  •  Bachelor’s degree
  •  7+ years leading brand Marketing
  •  Demonstrated skill in positioning and differentiating products and services
  • Experience creating and implementing proven demand creation/lead nurturing pipeline projects
  •  Project Management Skills
  •  Team player with strong people management and cross-functional project leadership skills.
  •  Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  •  Proficient with the Microsoft Suite Software
  •  Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  •  Must work well under time constraints and pressure
  •  Must be able to meet quality and productivity standards
  •  Ability to work well in a team environment
  •  Good communication skills both verbal and written in the English language
  •  Must be able to multi-task

  •  To ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information is maintained and is not compromised.
  •  To observe and adhere to IT policies and procedures in effect at any given time.
  •  To report any security incident or perceived irregularity to the IT Department or appropriate authority.
