Job Introduction

The goal of HydraForce’s internship program is to develop Materials and Logistics for our organization while providing support to our Manufacturing. We structure the internship to allow candidates the opportunity to develop knowledge and skill-sets unique to our industry. Project tasks reflect an increasing level of technical complexity based on demonstrated proficiency and success on prior assignments. Although there is no guarantee of employment, it is our goal to have our interns fully capable of stepping into an entry-level Logistics/material/ Supply Chain position upon graduation.

Role Responsibility

Supporting Job Elements:

• Work with internal/external customers and cross-functional teams on project improvements
• Will work on closing and picking productivity tracking for individuals
• Will work on piece part simplification and improving process

• Assist in PFEP simplification
• Assist in cost and simplification of Shipping Dunnage order improvements
• Assist in shrinkage projects

• Assist in the delivery of Quality and inventory preferred location improvement projects

• Assist in the delivery of Quality and inventory scale improvement and simplification projects

• Will assist in tracking transactions of 91 locations.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• Committed to a Supply Chain or Logistics Management college
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-directed and motivated

Majors Desired:

Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics

 May 22-August 4, 2023 Full Time
