Plant Controlling Manager
Job Introduction
As the manager of the Controlling Team of the Lincolnshire production Plant, you will contribute your expertise, create the necessary transparency, face diverse challenges, and act independently and entrepreneurially as a business partner to the Plant management and to the CH Business Unit controlling.
Role Responsibility
You will introduce & maintain Bosch Controlling & Reporting processes in the 3 Lincolnshire production plants.
The focus activities during your assignment will be the following:
- Implementation of Plant controlling requirements (Cost accounting, Fixed asset controlling, Investment controlling, value stream performance controlling, Reporting, productivity controlling, personal controlling, cost center controlling)
- Manage & develop your team to get to the next level of Plant Controlling
- Support together with CH/CTG S4Hana implementation into the Lincolnshire locations
- Support implementation of automation & digitalization of Plant controlling processes
- Act as a business partner to the Plant Management for decision making support & as the key counterpart of controlling of the plant to other functions.
The position is based in Lincolnshire IL. The position will provide you with the excitement & wide areas of experience of the most important PMI DC has undertaken.
The Ideal Candidate
- Education: The position requires a university degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Economics or similar studies.
- Personality and way of working: You have a high level of cooperation as well as communication skills in interaction with colleagues. You are outcome-oriented, flexible and pragmatic. Stress resistance and assertiveness are some of your strengths, along with proactivity in everyday work. High interest in manufacturing processes is required.
- Experience and Knowledge: Your professional competences include profound knowledge and practical work experience of at least 5 years in Bosch controlling, good SAP-knowledge, experience with digital tools (e.g., Power BI, SAC) is a plus.
- Languages: You are fluent in written and spoken English. German or Italian languages is a plus.
