Sales Controller

Job Introduction

The candidate will be involved in a continuous team-working with the BU functions (e.g. sales, logistics and controlling departments) and CUs functions.

Role Responsibility

The candidate will be involved in a continuous team-working with the BU functions (e.g. sales, logistics and controlling departments) and CUs functions.

Sales Controlling:

  • Monthly and weekly revenue reporting: HF turnover analysis and data consolidation at CH level
  • Analysis of the main sales KPIs (Monthly Price Change Rate Analysis)
  • Quarterly Business review projects: preparation and consolidation data; meeting preparation with all regional managers; prepare memo and open point list
  • Check HG5 projects in actual revenue
  • Preparing reports for the board
  • Current forecast and Target Business Plan preparation: meeting with sales engineer/regional managers
  • VPZ reports
  • Quarterly analysis and report for process offer
  • Support BU Sales controlling in new projects and activities

Pricing Management:

  • Pricing management in ERP system and monitoring of price increase/decrease
  • Variation net price (increase /decrease)
  • Blocks and unblocks customers from local system
  • Orders approval in case of different price
  • Entering list price and price customer offers
  • Transfer price (discount on brand/net price/calculation discount on Customer Master data)
  • Credit note /debit note
  • Customer database management (creation / modification / closure)

Detective controls (mandatory requirement in SAL as per central directive):

Detective controls (audit) on:

  • Entering price customer offers
  • Customers Master Data/ double check customers
  • Customers orders
  • Free of charge
  • Commissions
  • Credit note
  • CCA (Critical Combinations of Authorizations)
  • Credit limit

The Ideal Candidate

What distinguishes you?

Education: Degree in Management Engineering/Economics/ Business Management

Experience and know-how: The ideal candidate has developed experience in similar function/profile (controlling area). Good familiarity with the main IT tools (MS OFFICE) is required for this role and knowledge of company management systems is appreciated.

Working Method: You will work in a structured and reliable environment with a great initiative, responsibility, and problem-solving attitude.

Personality: The profile is completed by the ability of synthesis, organizational autonomy, flexibility, predisposition to teamwork and personal contacts, initiative and propensity to assume responsibility, precision and reliability, great initiative and responsibility.
