Job Introduction

This position is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting plant Test equipment, processes and software to ensure proper function and standards are maintained.

Role Responsibility

The following reflects essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. It is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as the company may deem necessary

• Program Test stands
• Work closely with the Valve Test Department to resolve problems with Test stands and Test equipment
• Analyze and recommend Test protocols and procedures
• Troubleshoot Test stand issues  
• Research new Test stands and/or equipment

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or experience in lieu of the education
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus, not required
• Hands on experience troubleshooting Test stand issues
• Exposure to Hydraulic and Electrical Circuit Design/Troubleshooting
• Ability to program in Ladder Logic
• LabView experience or the aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Strong problem solving capabilities
• Proficient with the Microsoft Suite Software
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
